How competitive can this team be

I see some problems to achieve high ranks, but you can try to find solutions for this. The current meta has a bunch of teams with Sneasel, Staraptor, and good fire type pokemons. Right now your team doesn't have a good way to do damage on fire types or a Sneasler. Add something to improve this coverage to give you the best results. When you play, do you find some hard matchups?

I think a rock type would be the way to go I also think Tyranitar and Aerodactyl megas would be your best bet you could also add hisuian Arcanine instead as another option
