At this point of meta, I think everyone knows this team. Dragonite can surprise, but the core is the normal big six. At Worlds I watched this team sometimes, and it looks similar to the Charizard base team. Do you have some specific questions about the team??

What are some of the common leads for the team?

Probably the most common lead is Sneasler + selected mega and Dragonite + Garchomp to have free EQ. Probably sneasler is the main Pokémon to start with fake out pressure and guaranteed damage of your mega. Some Kingambit can run with Sword Dance and make a combo fake out + setup too. Basically with Sneasler, you can use any other pokemon to be offensive
