Mega Dragonite and Mega delphox weather team | Need constructive criticism

I was using a mostly meta Mega Swampert Rain team, but I've been trying to create a new team as Swampert rain teams are down the drain when they add Rillaboom. But I still wanted to do a rain team, so i've been thinking up a Dragonite rain team, but I wanted another mega that I could use in bad matchups against ice, or fairy types. I also still wanted to use weather for both megas, so I've made the best thing I could come up with. It has many flaws, including: Very low defenses, multiple type overlaps, only the megas and their weather setters benefit from their weathers. Please give me some constructive criticism, I really need some help with this.
