Ideas on team improvement

I know this team has a lot of type overlap but these are pokemon I like and enjoy using so I would appreciate ideas on how to change or improve this team I’m open to any ideas

Probably I just add some protects on the team, I think is so offensive and sometime you will need to outplay the opponent with protect this can be more easier. Anyway, for ladder matches, it's really okay to just find a good team to have fun. Zoroark is really good at doing this. One more point, looking on team builder I see your team don't have way to do super effective on poison and electric types, maybe add something is good too. Do you have some problems with specific current meta teams??

In general The team is alright but I do seem to struggle with most main meta teams like big 6 or rain teams even sun teams so any suggestions on changes for those I don’t mind swapping annihilape

Your team is really fragile maybe adding Pokémon like incineroar or a milotic can be good for you. I think all scenarios where you need to do a switch is not good for you. With this type of pokemon you can make a hard switch and earn some value against the opponent, like incineroar or just a good pokemon with good bulky def
