I am looking for an opinion about my team, I am new to the competitive world, but I have had good results even though it is still difficult for me to drive it.

How exactly do you play this team? Is it hard Trick Room, or is Trick Room only there for speed control? Also, what are the roles of each Pokémon? I've been looking for a cool-looking team with Mega Glalie, and this one looks awesome.

Hi, just got into VGC a while back and this is my first time building a team.
I wanted to build a balance team that has answers into most of the teams I see on ladder while still having the firepower to hit back.
Froslass: main goal is weather control + veil for extra bulk. main answer for dragonite, garchomp, etc.
Sneasler: fake out support with threat into arch, floette, and kingambit, poison touch set to hopefully OHKO whimsicott with focus sash.
Sinistcha: imprison tech to counter trick room, as well as a good bring into rain.
Blaziken: main carry vs sand teams and the dual weather team that brings venusaur, also attempting to amend the lack of speed control on this team with speed boost.
Rotom-Wash: Answer for charizard/rain/sand teams and an immunity for EQ
Incineroar: Incineroar. good pivot with slow parting shot and intimidate support. Also helps with ghosts since I left out kingambit.
I think two obvious weaknesses are the lack of speed control and a weaker matchup into rain? But I'm not sure if this is correct. I'm thinking about whether I should swap incine for kingambit for better offence but the team is already pretty frail so I think I need the intimidate.
Looking for anything I might've missed or suggestions to make the team better!
