Rate my first team (any tips?)

So this is the first time I've built a team from the ground up.

- Alolan Ninetails act both as a weather denial and my best way to deal with basculegions or dragons;
- Glimmora is great, being abble to deal with threats like the fairy type and also potentially setting up toxic spikes. Also a great answer to snow types;
- Sinistcha is here for a little support and trick room denial (still a matchup I don't like going against). I'm divided between Imprision and matcha gotcha;
- Incineroar does incineroar stuff + great against kingambit and corviknight)
- Dragonite mega sets up tailwind and deal with fighting types, also is kinda bulky and is nice against garchomps
- Garchomp :)

Normally Dragonite mega teams use rain to improve Hurricane accurance, playing with a 70% acc move on double is not a good deal. Is a good team, maybe I just change that point to have rain on the team or replace this move

I've been mostly using dragon pulse and hurrycane only when the opponent sets up rain mainly against sableye and peliper teams, but I'm also thinking about a way to better deal with farigiraf and oranguru, any ideas? maybe even switching up freom dragonite to another mon like mega delphox maybe

It's hard to counter when they set Trick Room, because normally the opponent uses a fake out pressure and just sets it. I like to stall the game with some pokemons like Sinistcha or just revert Trick Room. You can use a kingambit for example, to get good damage and remove these pokemons from the field with a KO. About changing the mega, I think you can use delphox or staraptor here, but you will need a speed control in your team like that

Thanks for the help! This is closer to the team I was using before the ranked season reset but I wasn't achieving much after gettin Ultra Ball 1 with the past team, now I'm stuck un ultra 3, might test your team
