Looks good. Maybe I just change bellibolt moveset to have Soak. Do you have some problem against current meta teams??

I originally had Psychic on Meowstic but replaced it with Rain Dance to have at least some control over the weather. For this reason, I’d also consider Life Orb to maximize Muddy Water's effectiveness against Sand and Sun teams; otherwise, the screens alone aren't enough. I’ll try my best and hope for new pokemon released after the wc

Maybe adding a pokemon like Milotic can be a good choice. I don't think using Muddy Water with Bellibolt is the best way to do damage on sand teams. And maybe add a raichu X to the team. Electric Terrain can be good with Bellibolt if you want to test it
